For our expe­ri­en­ced and compe­tent staff in the field of lubri­cant and fuel analy­sis, quali­ty and relia­bi­li­ty are top prio­ri­ties. Of cour­se, we work accord­ing to stan­dar­di­sed test proce­du­res, but we are happy to focus on the wishes of our custo­mers. Day after day, we work on the deve­lo­p­ment and imple­men­ta­ti­on of indi­vi­du­al test proce­du­res, taking advan­ta­ge of our good networ­king connec­tions with other compa­ny divi­si­ons.

Charac­te­ri­sa­ti­on of Engi­ne, Gear and Indus­tri­al Oils

We offer analy­ses accord­ing to stan­dar­di­sed proce­du­res of DIN, ISO, ASTM, CEC, DGMK and GFC (> 250 test proce­du­res). This inclu­des the comple­te analy­sis for appro­val accord­ing to ACEA, API and OEM speci­fi­ca­ti­ons. Further­mo­re, we deve­lop custo­mer-speci­fic analy­tics and test proce­du­res.

Compe­ten­ci­es

More than 90% of our port­fo­lio is accredi­ted accord­ing to DIN EN ISO 17025. We are members of and assu­me respon­si­bi­li­ties in various working groups of DIN-FAM, CEC, CEN, GFC, DGMK and FVV. In addi­ti­on, we parti­ci­pa­te in natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal ‘Round Robins’ or ‘Precisi­on Matri­ces’ to ensu­re our quali­ty at all times.

Special Analy­tics

The field of special analy­tics inclu­des the charac­te­ri­sa­ti­on of fuels, grea­ses and cool­ants. But we have also built our exper­ti­se for future drive systems: We also offer exami­na­ti­on and analy­sis of fluids in the field of e‑mobility.
